CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:
Check In time strictly after 1.00 pm and before 7.00pm
Checkout time is strictly before 9.30am

A late check out fee of $20 per half hour or part thereof will be charged from 9.30am.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation is required by 10.00 am on day preceding arrival, or by 10.00 am two days prior to arrival for Saturdays and public holiday/long weekend bookings. Cancellations recieved after this time will incur a cancellation penalty. This penalty would equal the cost of the accommodation as booked.

Strictly no pets are permitted on the property, and no smoking is allowed indoors.
